Indianapolis, Indiana 2017

Program:

1000 sq. ft. quick-serve lunchtime sushi restaurant

Status:

Construction complete

This restaurant project, located in a ground floor, glass enclosed tenant space in the Salesforce Tower in downtown Indianapolis,  is the flagship store for the Temaki House, a sushi-based quick-serve lunch restaurant.  Temaki House will serve the lunchtime crowd of the tower.    The theme of the Temaki House is based on the idea of fusion sushi cuisine that will incorporate the flavors of both the traditional Japanese sushiand Brazilian themes served in a hand-held sushi cone with added vegetables, rice, and other ingredients for flavor specific offerings in several different varieties.  The design of the space combines the Asian inspired menu items with the attention grabbing forms beingbehind the glass walls of the tenant space.

The pallet of materials is kept to a simple white, gray, and black, with details of red, and varnished birch playing background tolarge wall graphics of bold color and a hint of "diner Americana".
