Description:

Working within a tight existing site, the new structure re-asserts itself on the foundations of an existing residential structure. The development has several environmentally sustainable components such as roof landscaping, porous paving, and location on main public transit line. In addition, reuse of 6 - 8’ x 20’ shipping containers are incorporated as the fifth apartment.
