Description:

A Transit Oriented Development (TUD) project, this apartment building design takes advantage of a tight site for four, 2-bedroom apartments, each around 900 square feet. Amenities include terraces on the first floor and rooftop garden deck. The sculptural infill cube shape takes its inspiration from the architects own house planned for a site to the north.
